CSTIC is the largest annual industrial semiconductor technology conference in China. It aims to provide a platform for executives, managers, engineers and researchers from around the world to exchange the latest developments in semiconductor technology and manufacturing and related fields. It also offers an opportunity for those who are interested in investing and collaboration opportunities in the semiconductor industry in Asia, particularly in China.

CSTIC covers all the aspects of semiconductor technology and manufacturing, including design, devices, lithography, materials, processes, integration, testing, reliability, and manufacturing as well as emerging semiconductor technologies, including clean energy such as light emitting diode (LED), III-V semiconductors and Microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). In addition to the traditional areas of semiconductor technology and manufacturing, CSTIC 2012 added a new symposium on MEMS and sensor technologies.
