Description
The Processes at the Semiconductor Solution Interface 7 (PSSI 7) symposium was held at the 231st meeting of The Electrochemical Society from May 28 - June 1, 2017, in New Orleans, LA, USA. The symposium was sponsored by the Electronics and Photonics Division of The Electrochemical Society. The symposium and the papers in this issue of ECS Transactions address topics at the forefront of semiconductor electrochemistry and solution-based processing including electrochemical and semiconductor devices, water splitting, etching, interfacial (photo)electrochemistry, electrochemical porosity formation, film growth and material deposition, and energy storage and conversion processes.
